RMS is designed to expedite the operational workflow and fill in the missing part of operations management of ERP. However, RMS does not handle any financial transactions, but it can be integrated with accounting system.

RMS is flexible for customization. We are experienced in customization for our clients to cater their operational workflow. We are also open to third-party integration, but please consult with us first about the details of customization and/or integration. The prices may vary, but the customization would be free of charge if it fits any business model of other existing clients.

Yes, we will provide a couple of trainings with no extra charges. Trainings can be conducted online or on site, depends on your available time and requirement. Before RMS goes live, we would also provide an onsite support to make sure all users are familiar with the system.

The duration of implementation depends on the complexity of workflow, customization and integration.

RMS Starter usually takes no more than 2 days to go live.

RMS Standard usually takes about 2 to 3 months to go live.

Our sensors calibrated by ISO 17025 certified calibration company with the accuracy of ±0.2°C.

However, if you need to have the calibration certificate under your company name for audit purpose, please kindly approach 3rd party calibration company at own cost.

Costs may vary depending on the number of sensors you subscribe for. IMS is a subscription-based monitoring system, starting as low as RM140/month. We provide unlimited support throughout the subscription which one-time purchase does not offer.

The duration of implementation is as fast as within 1 day, including sensor installation. system implementation, and employee training.

No, only Gateway (Receiver) needs to connect to the internet through WiFi/Sim Card. Sensors transmit data to Gateway via Radio Frequency (RF).

Yes, our sensors use industrial grade lithium battery which can last for 4-5 years with 3 mins interval.

Yes, our sensors are IP65 rated and using Radio Frequency (RF) to transmit data, hence the signal penetration is strong enough to penetrate the cold room panel and can operate under humid and cold environment.

From -150°C to 300°C, ambient temperature or food core temperature.
